About the role

The Growth Lead - Paytm Travel is responsible for driving scalable user growth across all travel categories through performance marketing, customer lifecycle management, retention, social media, and new user acquisition. The role manages growth P&L, optimizes CAC, LTV, and funnel conversion, and leads cross-functional teams for growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute growth strategy, build scalable growth engine across acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) by designing automated journeys, segmentation, behavioral triggers, and personalized recommendations.
  • Plan and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, manage multi-crore budgets, and ensure high ROI.
  • Own retention funnels for all travel categories, driving repeat transactions, DAU/MAU growth, and cohort stickiness.
  • Lead social media and community marketing efforts, managing organic presence, influencer collaborations, and brand activations.
  • Collaborate with product, tech, category, brand, BI/data, and operations teams to execute growth plans; mentor and lead the growth team.
  • Build measurement frameworks, partner with analytics for funnel analysis, cohort tracking, and reporting, ensuring alignment with compliance and brand policies.

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of proven growth leadership in digital-first companies (Travel, E-commerce, Fintech, Mobility, OTA preferred).
  • Experience managing multi-channel acquisition, CLM, and retention at scale.
  • Strong understanding of travel consumer behavior and category economics is a plus.
