About the role

Lead the development and operation of a resilient, secure, and scalable cloud-native platform supporting high traffic, automation, and operational excellence at Paytm Travel.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and operate a resilient, secure, and highly scalable cloud-native platform supporting massive traffic.
  • Drive automation across deployment, monitoring, incident management, and operational workflows for maximum efficiency and reliability.
  • Lead initiatives to scale infrastructure for rapidly increasing demand, solving complex problems.
  • Develop a data-driven decision-making mindset within the team.
  • Champion a Quality-First culture and ensure best practices across the DevOps lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to bring new features and services into production.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform, or Cloud Engineering roles (lead experience preferred).
  • BE / B.Tech / MSc in Computer Science or MCA.
