About the role

Lead and manage the merchant cash advance sales team in Hyderabad, driving sales, revenue, and growth within the assigned region while managing relationships and team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the MCA Sales in the city.
  • Manage an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales target and meet corporate objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key client personnel.
  • Manage Category leads from qualification to closure.
  • Ensure the team members are present in a market where sales & usage are done regularly.
  • Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified areas.
  • Ensure monthly submissions and Disbursals numbers are being met.
  • New FSE hiring, training and handholding.
  • Ensure attrition is under control and Team is motivated/guided to perform better.

Qualifications

  • Must have completed his graduation.
  • 5-15 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development and relationship building.
