About the role

A detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst responsible for translating business problems into data-driven insights, supporting strategic decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve business operations using data analysis and visualization.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and root causes.
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations to support business strategy, product improvements, and operational efficiency.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key metrics and KPIs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Operations, Marketing) to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, funnel metrics, and business performance.
  • Support A/B testing, experiment design, and post-experiment analysis.
  • Present findings to leadership and drive alignment on next step.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in business analytics, strategy, consulting, product analytics, or a similar role.
