About the role

Support strategic initiatives across fundraising, financial modelling, investor relations, and inorganic growth opportunities, working closely with senior leadership and various teams to gain exposure to capital markets and corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain detailed financial models including business plans, valuations, scenario and sensitivity analysis.
  • Assist in debt and/or equity fundraising by preparing pitch decks, information memorandums, data rooms, and investor materials.
  • Support ongoing investor communication, performance updates, MIS reporting, and responses to investor queries.
  • Assist with target screening, preliminary evaluation, due diligence coordination, and transaction support for M&A & strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct industry analysis, competitive benchmarking, and strategic research to support leadership decision-making.
  • Work closely with Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Business teams on corporate development priorities.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Consulting, or Strategy.
  • MBA (Finance / Strategy) or CA qualification.
