About the role

Senior Fullstack Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining platform capabilities for Notable’s healthcare AI platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that enhance patient care and streamline healthcare processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications that serve as the backbone of our healthcare AI platform.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers and Engineering platform leaders to translate requirements into technical designs and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Build and optimize RESTful APIs to enable seamless integrations with various healthcare systems and third-party services.
  • Uphold best practices for code quality, testing, and CI/CD to ensure high reliability and maintainability of our software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across your domain, from front-end functionality to back-end infrastructure.
  • Work closely with our data science team to deploy ML and NLP algorithms into production environments.
  • Engage in agile development processes, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to continuously improve team workflows.

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of relevant work experience in fullstack web development, with a focus on modern technologies and frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving, coding, and debugging skills with a proven ability to deliver with quality.
  • Proficient understanding of modern web application development, including front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby).
  • Strong ability to break down complex projects into manageable milestones and deliver working software with minimal day to day oversight.
  • Experience writing maintainable, well-tested, and reliable code, with adherence to software development best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical limitations and risks clearly.
  • A collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
