About the role

Client Advocate responsible for end-to-end ownership of major, enterprise-scale customer relationships, ensuring adoption, measurable outcomes, and long-term value for Peregrine’s AI-enabled platform in public safety and government sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Own all customer relationships throughout the contract for major deployments
  • Act as primary interface between customers and Peregrine’s team
  • Represent voice of the customer to engineers and support updates, workflows, and features
  • Interpret multiple data sources (dashboards, metrics, onsite visits) to optimize platform usage
  • Drive adoption and measurable operational outcomes at executive level
  • Translate technical delivery into sustained adoption, expansion, and long-term value
  • Navigate ambiguity and structure work across large organizations
  • Protect renewals and drive expansion by tracking adoption, usage, and success criteria
  • Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority to achieve outcomes
  • Occasionally travel for onsite engagements within the Tampa region and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years of experience owning enterprise deployments, implementations, or strategic accounts
  • Experience in large, regulated, public-sector, or mission-critical environments
  • Proven ability to drive adoption and measurable outcomes beyond go-live
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort with scope, risk, and complex cross-functional coordination
  • Technical fluency to partner with IT, Product, and Deployment teams
  • Experience supporting renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Experience in public safety, government, or compliance-heavy environments (strongly preferred)
  • Ability to travel ~60% of the time
