About the role

A senior role responsible for driving insights to influence business performance and product decisions by analyzing customer behavior and key metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive business and product insights across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Partner with Product and Business teams to define, track, and evolve key metrics and north-star KPIs.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, funnels, cohorts, and feature usage to identify growth and efficiency levers.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, MIS, and self-serve reports that serve as a reliable source of truth.
  • Support experimentation and A/B testing by defining success metrics and analyzing outcomes.
  • Proactively surface risks, anomalies, and opportunities using data-backed narratives.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Product teams to improve data quality, tracking, and analytical readiness.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of product metrics, funnels, cohorts, and lifecycle analytics.
  • Proven ability to independently structure ambiguous problems and deliver end-to-end insights.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders.
