About the role

Lead and develop the customer acquisition team to increase sales of EDC machines through merchant channels in East Godavari, managing team performance, fostering communication, and ensuring strategic goals are met.

Responsibilities

  • Need to drive swiping device sales in the assigned area.
  • Resolving merchant queries.
  • Drive overall engagement of the merchant base.
  • Capable of hiring and building a team.

  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
  • Motivate team members.
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching.
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

  • Suggest and organize team-building activities.
