About the role

Leading collections efforts for advertising revenue portfolio to improve cash flow, reduce DSO, and minimize bad debt while providing insights through reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Drive timely collections from customers to achieve targets and improve cash flow.
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and proactively engage with customers to resolve delays.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Account Management, Finance, Legal) to address disputes and unblock overdue payments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize DSO and reduce bad debt exposure.
  • Prepare, maintain, and present reports and MIS on collection performance, trends, and forecasts.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and regulations.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Finance
