About the role

Manage day-to-day Facility Operations for offices in a specified geography, overseeing infrastructure, vendor relations, financial activities, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to manage daily facility operations and activities for the assigned facility and all offices in the region.
  • Be the on-site key point of contact for location stakeholders.
  • Own facility management, landlord management, and infrastructure projects.
  • Plan, track, and execute required works, activities, space, and seating management.
  • Oversee financial activities including budget planning, tracking spending, billing, vendor and contract management, procurement.
  • Manage outsourced manpower involved in janitorial, security, and maintenance activities.
  • Develop and sustain high-quality, motivated team environment.
  • Stakeholder engagement and building effective relationships across organizational levels.
  • Manage contracts and leases to optimize costs and service quality.
  • Ensure vendors deliver services on time and within budget, reviewing practices for quality.
  • Verify payment and invoicing, monitor expenses, generate financial reports, implement cost reduction measures.
  • Ensure safety and health standards, environmental compliance, and energy efficiency.
  • Recommend and implement quality improvement practices, operational protocols, and best practices.
  • Manage office upkeep, facility refurbishment, space management, and central services.
  • Develop risk management procedures including audits and incident reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10 to 12 years of experience in facilities, property management, or hospitality
  • Experience working in service industry/environment
  • Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of critical facilities and utilities
  • Vendor management experience
  • Understanding of commercial contracts
  • Strong budget management and financial analysis skills
