About the role

Manage and oversee employee-related escalations, ethics investigations, and fraud risk matters, ensuring fair, timely, and compliant resolutions while mitigating risks.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct independent investigations into employee escalations, misconduct, ethical breaches, and fraud concerns.
  • Collect, review, and analyze evidence including documentation, system data, and interviews.
  • Ensure investigations are completed within defined timelines and policies.
  • Evaluate investigation findings for severity, root cause, and potential impact.
  • Identify patterns and recurring issues to mitigate future risks.
  • Conduct periodic ethics and compliance risk assessments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy, labor laws, and regulatory obligations.
  • Develop investigation plans, scope, interviews, and evidence collection strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and management.
  • Prepare investigation reports with findings, analysis, conclusions, and recommendations.
  • Deliver ethics and compliance training programs.
  • Act as an advisor on ethical dilemmas and escalation handling.
  • Monitor legal, regulatory, and industry standards; advise on risks and policy enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce, Business, Ethics, CA, MSW, or related field.
  • Advanced degree or professional certifications in Compliance, Ethics, Risk, Law preferred.
