About the role

Seeking a data-driven Growth Manager to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across multiple channels, collaborating with product, marketing, and sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of scalable growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention across various digital channels.
  • Utilize analytics and KPIs to monitor, measure, and optimize growth initiatives and work with data teams on dashboards and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, data, and sales teams to align initiatives with business goals and product roadmaps.
  • Drive A/B testing and experimentation to refine campaigns and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Develop strategies for user acquisition and retention, optimizing paid and organic channels.
  • Analyze customer segments and behaviors for tailored marketing campaigns and reducing churn.
  • Implement initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth, improving conversion rates and customer value.
  • Track and report on growth metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field.
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • 2-5 years of experience in growth, marketing, or performance roles in high-growth startup or tech environments.
