About the role

Senior Technical Recruiter responsible for full-cycle hiring across Engineering, Product, and Design, partnering with hiring managers, building sourcing strategies, and owning the end-to-end candidate pipeline at Scribe.

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle hiring for EPD roles from first search to signed offer, including roles at levels the company hasn’t hired for before
  • Work with hiring managers to build scorecards and calibrate on what 'great' means, maintaining pipeline momentum
  • Build the sourcing engine with multi-channel outreach, market maps, and competitive talent analysis to create strong passive pipelines
  • Use pipeline data to inform decisions, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Be a thought partner on strategic initiatives, sharing market insights to shape hiring as the company grows
  • Communicate Scribe’s story to candidates, outlining product roadmap and AI capabilities
  • Keep hiring teams and candidates informed about changes and updates

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles
  • Experience at a fast-growing, early-stage SaaS startup, ideally through significant headcount or revenue scaling
  • Built sourcing strategies from scratch and consistently landed strong passive technical talent
  • Closed EPD candidates and can discuss assessment and differentiation of top talent
  • Fluent in Ashby and Juicebox (or comparable sourcing tools) and data-driven decision making
  • Curious about AI and able to discuss product/market direction with candidates
