About the role

Remote solutions consultant to support GTM motions for Rillet’s ERP platform, focusing on removing technical objections, conducting sales demonstrations, and representing the company in the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Remove technical objections: address technical questions, understand business requirements and tech stack, articulate integration with Rillet, and answer questions without escalations.
  • Perform sales demonstrations: set up sandbox, tailor data to use cases, deliver high-impact demos, answer questions, and guide prospects through the purchase process.
  • Execute relentlessly: provide cross-functional feedback to founders and product teams, experiment with demo styles, craft thoughtful follow-ups, and accelerate velocity.
  • Represent Rillet: be the face of the company with strong customer empathy and domain knowledge, marketing to finance/accounting professionals.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of industry accounting experience (revenue recognition, month-end close, multi-entity consolidation).
  • 2+ years supporting the sales cycle with implementation and/or customer support for accounting/financial solutions.
  • Knowledge of the ecosystem of tools in the office of the CFO.
  • Excellent communicator who can simplify complex concepts and communicate conversationally.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • CPA certification or having started career in audit is a plus.
