About the role
PM NPI / Project Manager for New Product Introduction responsible for the end-to-end launch of a product from initiation to serial production, including procurement, logistics, warehouses, incoming inspection, production readiness, test production lots, certification, and marketing. Cross-functional interaction with PM dev and other R&D teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan budgets, timelines, material supply scope, and equipment readiness for product launch across all project stages from initiation to serial production.
- Manage procurement, warehouses, logistics, certification, marketing, incoming control, and pilot production runs with suppliers and contractors as part of project implementation.
- Ensure uninterrupted cross-department communication, make decisions, manage changes, consolidate and retain project information.
- Conduct meetings, monitor and control project schedule execution.
- Coordinate materials and readiness of documentation for orders, implement changes as needed.
- Select and engage suppliers, manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Organize and launch production of products at all stages and pilot lots before handover to mass production.
Qualifications
- English spoken level at least B1/B2.
- Experience managing procurement and subcontractors.
- Experience implementing projects into production (electronics or similar).
- Understanding of launching a product from 0 to serial production (Proto, EVT, DVT, PVT, MP).
- Understanding of production planning (MRP: requirements, stock, reservations, ordering).
- Project management including scheduling, budgets, risk management.
- Coordination and management of procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and warehouses.
