About the role

Leading on-ground customer acquisition initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders, and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • On-Ground Execution: Demonstrate willingness to work on-ground and execute high-speed acquisition activities in target locations.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with colleges, corporates, markets, and external locations to secure permissions for acquisition drives and events.
  • Communication & Reporting: Maintain professional communication in English via WhatsApp and email for updates and documentation.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure timely and effective campaign rollout and performance with high speed and ownership.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with a centralized team, maintaining support and availability, including weekends.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly resolve logistical or communication issues encountered during on-ground activation.

  • Graduation / MBA (Marketing)
