About the role

Leading on-ground customer acquisition initiatives, managing stakeholder coordination, and driving business growth through outreach and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • On-Ground Execution: Demonstrate willingness to work on-ground and execute high-speed acquisition activities in target locations.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with colleges, corporates, markets, and external locations to secure permissions and approvals for acquisition drives and events.
  • Communication & Reporting: Maintain good spoken English and language skills for professional interactions; utilize WhatsApp and email for updates and documentation.
  • Operational Excellence: Exhibit high speed and ownership of acquisition targets, ensuring timely campaign rollout and performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work directly with a centralized team, maintaining availability and providing support, including during weekends.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve logistical or communication barriers during on-ground activation.

  • Graduation / MBA (Marketing)
