About the role

Lead on-ground customer acquisition initiatives in Bangalore, coordinating with stakeholders, executing high-speed campaigns, and supporting operational metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • On-Ground Execution: Demonstrate a willingness to work on-ground and execute high-speed acquisition activities in target locations and team handling.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Efficiently coordinate with colleges, corporates, markets, and other external locations to secure necessary permissions and approvals for acquisition drives and events.
  • Communication & Reporting: Maintain good spoken English and language skills for professional interactions. Utilize communication tools like WhatsApp and email for updates and documentation.
  • Operational Excellence: Exhibit high speed and strong ownership of acquisition targets, ensuring timely and effective campaign rollout and performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work directly with a centralized team, maintaining constant availability and providing support, including during weekends, as required by operational demands.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve logistical or communication barriers encountered during on-ground activation.

  • Graduation / MBA (Marketing)
