About the role

Managing and overseeing all aspects of ethics investigations within the organization, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and mitigating risks.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Ethics Investigations: Conduct thorough and unbiased investigations into alleged ethical violations, collecting relevant information through interviews, documentation review, and evidence gathering.
  • Evaluate and Analyze Findings: Analyze investigation findings to assess severity and impact of ethical violations.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Handle investigations with confidentiality, adhering to privacy policies and legal requirements.
  • Develop Investigation Plans: Create comprehensive plans, timelines, interview schedules, and evidence collection strategies.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with HR, legal, and management to ensure process alignment and provide guidance during investigations.
  • Report and Document Findings: Prepare detailed reports documenting findings, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Provide Training and Guidance: Develop and deliver ethics training programs and support employees and managers on ethical dilemmas.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., law, ethics, CA, MSW)
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in conducting ethics investigations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of ethical principles, regulations, industry best practices.
