About the role

Seeking a Creative Design Lead to manage and execute visual communication strategies for in-app ad campaigns, marketing collaterals, and innovation projects at Paytm Ads, managing a team and collaborating across functions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design development for in-app ad creatives, banners, videos, and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and mentor a team of junior designers, providing feedback and quality control.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, category teams, account managers, and product owners.
  • Design marketing collaterals including case studies, sales decks, social media creatives, and video assets.
  • Lead bi-weekly A/B testing of creatives and derive learnings from ad performance metrics.
  • Contribute to developing creative guidelines and templates for Paytm’s self-serve ad platform.

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in creative or visual design.
  • At least 1–2 years in a lead or managerial role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing marketing collaterals, digital banners, video snippets, and ad creatives.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) & Figma.
  • Basic knowledge of motion/animation is a plus.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience working with external clients or brand teams.
