About the role

Manage supply chain, logistics, and refurbishment of Soundbox and EDC Devices, including vendor onboarding, local sourcing, procurement, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors; conduct regular audits for compliance.
  • Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to develop local suppliers for chargers, batteries, and plastic parts.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team on RFQ processes, technical support, and cost negotiations.
  • Coordinate with finance department on invoices, payments, and billing discrepancies.
  • Manage external manufacturing and service partners to meet production and repair goals.
  • Coordinate with supply chain team on inventory planning, stock level monitoring, and replenishment.
  • Lead and mentor a team of vendor development engineers or executives, ensuring performance and communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics preferred).
  • 6-10 years of experience in vendor development, sourcing, or supplier quality roles.
  • Strong technical understanding of electronics and mechanical components.
  • Experience working with EMS partners and OEMs is highly desirable.
  • Good knowledge of supply chain workflows, billing processes, and ERP systems.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.
