About the role

The Life Sciences Senior Product Manager is a cross-functional role responsible for managing a Life Sciences product/service, acting as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams, focusing on product requirements, strategy, and performance within the life sciences and healthcare domain.

Responsibilities

  • Play a central role in building capabilities for multiple software projects.
  • Build insights and strategize software application to drive business impact.
  • Partner with engineering teams and drive system integrations.
  • Define OKRs to ensure progress in software adoption and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop technical plans.
  • Develop metrics and analyze results to provide actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with advancements in software development and methodologies.
  • Lead product development and launches, managing priorities and timelines.
  • Monitor product performance and gather user feedback.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement plans to ensure all needs are captured.
  • Ensure requirements are well-documented, clear, and actionable.
  • Collaborate with development teams, contributing to product vision and schedules.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, open communication, and respect.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in life sciences or related fields.
  • Familiarity with AI, ML technologies, localization platforms, TMS, CAT tools, LQA, MT, and integrations.
  • Proven track record in leading high-precision tech projects with user focus.
  • Experience with clinical trial management systems or patient data handling preferred.
  • Knowledge of global regulatory requirements concerning clinical trials and documents.
  • Strong practical knowledge of MS Office and Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Background in cloud solutions, SaaS, or enterprise software development.
