About the role

Backend-focused engineering role building infrastructure and systems powering AI agents for enterprise-scale customer experiences. High autonomy, end-to-end ownership, and impact on production systems serving large enterprises.

Responsibilities

  • Build the infrastructure and systems that power AI agents across data pipelines, analytics, and real-time agent systems.
  • Own problems end-to-end: figure out the right approach, build it, and iterate based on learning.
  • Make sound technical decisions, ship reliably, and set the bar for code quality and system design.
  • Work across the stack with significant autonomy and influence over what gets built and how.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years building backend systems (preferred), with emphasis on reliability and scale.
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity and define problems independently.
  • Comfortable diving into unfamiliar parts of the codebase as needed.
  • Strong coding discipline and attention to detail, balanced with shipping velocity.
  • Interest in AI agents and infrastructure challenges of deploying them in production.
