Responsibilities

  • Full lifecycle responsibility for RF part of the product from concept to mass production.
  • Design and modeling of antennas for series production using EM simulators (HFSS, CST).
  • Align and optimize RF paths (Matching Networks) for 50 Ohm impedance.
  • Select and optimize RF components (RF chipsets, filters, PA, LNA) per technical requirements.
  • Select ready-made antenna solutions (modules) for specific project needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of RF system parameters (TX/RX performance) in in-house and external labs.
  • Analyze and address discrepancies in receiver/transmitter parameters to meet standards.
  • Model, verify, and test EMC/EMI aspects of complex integrated systems during development.
  • Consult Certification department on RF requirements (RED, FCC), prepare relevant documents and testing protocols.
  • Support manufacturing by optimizing existing RF solutions and developing calibration/test methods for mass production.

Qualifications
