About the role

The Quality Manager is responsible for supplier alignment, performance monitoring, client relationship management, and process improvement within the life sciences localization and translation field, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Engagement Managers for supplier alignment and capacity planning.
  • Serve as the primary contact for language quality, managing client conversations and reporting.
  • Track supplier KPIs and escalate performance issues.
  • Design and maintain quality frameworks, assets, and documentation.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis and oversee Quality Improvement Plans or CAPAs.
  • Ensure SLA compliance through regular quality measurement and content analysis.
  • Manage test translation processes and train suppliers on tools and workflows.
  • Assess and optimize current processes to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Localization Vendor, Language, or Quality Management.
  • Experience in CRO-Pharma or Medical Devices preferred.
  • Deep understanding of quality principles; experience with Agile or Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Expert knowledge of TMS, TM tools, and MTPE workflows.
  • Strong data literacy and experience leveraging analytics.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English; multilingualism preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Leadership experience in supervising internal and external teams.
