Leading and scaling large, process-driven talent teams in a high-output, fast-paced environment, focusing on recruitment delivery, team development, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop a large talent team, ensuring high performance, engagement, and accountability.
  • Drive a process-based, production-focused recruitment model emphasizing output, efficiency, and quality.
  • Establish, monitor, and optimize recruitment workflows for consistent execution and measurable results.
  • Mentor and coach team members for professional growth and skill development.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
  • Set clear priorities aligned with broader talent and business objectives.
  • Partner with cross-departmental leaders for staffing needs and cultural initiatives.
  • Evaluate talent, provide feedback, and manage performance.
  • Navigate organizational dynamics maturely, focusing on delivery and outcomes.
  • Identify risks and performance gaps; implement practical, data-informed solutions.
  • Report team performance, productivity, and outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience leading teams in high-scale recruitment, workforce operations, or delivery-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of operational performance management, including capacity planning, forecasting, and productivity tracking.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain engaged, resilient teams.
  • Track record of making sound decisions under pressure.
  • High emotional intelligence, influencing and aligning stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret complex business needs into clear recruitment strategies.
  • Experience in global/matrixed organizations, sensitive to cultural differences.
  • Strong business acumen, understanding recruitment impact on organizational performance.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change.
  • Excellent communication skills, credible presentation to senior leaders.
  • High standards of professionalism, discretion, and accountability.
