About the role

Support reviewing and refining Dutch customer service content, ensuring accuracy and quality of machine-translated materials.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct second-pass quality reviews to ensure overall linguistic accuracy and consistency across batches.
  • Validate and calibrate severity assessments to maintain alignment with quality standards.
  • Identify systemic MT quality issues, including recurring error patterns, tone mismatches, and terminology inconsistencies.
  • Provide high-level qualitative feedback that directly contributes to final quality reporting and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Native proficiency in Dutch (Netherlands).
  • Strong English skills.
  • Experience in translation, localization, or MT post-editing.
  • Familiarity with machine translation quality evaluation and error identification.
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in an online environment.
