About the role

Part-time remote role in Dallas, Texas for US-based candidates to evaluate and improve real-world AI business solutions through detailed written feedback in Japanese and English.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate Marketing AI: Review AI-generated marketing recommendations, advertising guidance, and campaign insights to ensure they are relevant, clear, and highly useful for businesses.
  • Refine Business Content: Draft, edit, and correct AI responses related to business terminology, applying critical thought to ensure accuracy and natural language flow.
  • Provide Structured Feedback: Identify improvement areas to enhance AI-powered marketing and business support tools.

Qualifications

  • Must be located in the United States.
  • Exceptional written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
  • 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week (Monday–Friday) with flexible daily hours; onboarding availability 9:00 AM–5:00 PM during first 10 business days.
  • Strong critical thinking, reading comprehension, and the ability to evaluate written content objectively while following detailed instructions.
  • Proactive problem-solver comfortable working independently, using VPNs, navigating web platforms, and troubleshooting basic tech issues.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Requires a reliable computer (Windows 10+ or macOS Catalina+) and high-speed internet.
