About the role
As our founding product engineer, you’ll have full-stack ownership of AI-native products with real-life impact, collaborating with clinical teams to understand needs and build solutions that save time for healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Plan out and deliver full-stack AI products for clinical, back-office, and front-office teams
- Meet clinical teams to learn their painpoints and discover new opportunities
- Analyze product usage to update our product strategy
- Build evals, inference pipelines, and agent harnesses to solve real-life problems
- Debug issues and improve core infrastructure performance
Qualifications
- In-person in San Francisco
- 1-3 years experience building software products for non-technical audiences
- Full-stack fundamentals: React, Typescript, Python, and Postgres
- Interest in a career owning impact instead of just code
