About the role
Contract role for Software / AI Engineering at Brickanta, an AI-native platform for construction bid analysis, cost estimation and procurement. Role focuses on end-to-end product features, reliability tooling, performance and observability, and customer-facing integrations in a high-stakes domain.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end product features across the stack for bid analysis, estimation, and procurement AI systems grounded in real construction inputs: documents, specs, standards, and edge cases
- Evaluation + reliability tooling: measure quality, reduce failures, improve repeatability
- Performance + observability: build systems that stay fast and trustworthy as usage scales
- Integrations and “forward-deployed” problem solving: make it work in the customer’s reality
Qualifications
- Experience: Any (new grads ok)
- Strong product sense: reason from user pain → solution → measurable outcome
- Ability to move fast and care about craft
