About the role

Forward deployed engineer role onsite with customers to ship and prove AI-enabled workflows in construction/bid analysis and procurement. You own customer accounts end-to-end, integrate our agents into real documents/data, and deliver measurable outcomes, occasionally shipping new features.

Responsibilities

  • Own named accounts end to end: understand the workflow, configure and extend our agents against their real documents and data, and get them into daily use
  • Write code; integrations, data pipelines, prompts, evals, and occasionally a whole new feature - whatever it takes to make the workflow work at that customer

Qualifications

  • Several years building and shipping software, such as; Python and/or TypeScript, APIs, data pipelines, databases and SQL
  • Comfortable with LLMs and modern AI tooling; we operate as an AI-first company
  • Experience working directly with customers, or a clear appetite for it
  • Willing to go on-site: site visits, bid rooms, warehouses
  • Pragmatic about craft; know when to hack and when to build properly
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, and with being the only engineer in the room
  • Swedish and English proficiency
