About the role

Brickanta is building an AI-native operating system for construction, focusing on bid analysis, estimation, and procurement. This internship is a true generalist role working closely with founders across strategy, operations, finance, partnerships, and go-to-market, with ownership that grows with output.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with founders across strategy, ops, finance, partnerships, and go-to-market
  • Turn messy inputs into crisp outputs: notes → decisions, research → actions, chaos → systems
  • Support customer work: prep, follow-ups, lightweight analysis, and coordination
  • Build internal operating cadence: templates, docs, dashboards, simple automations
  • Help keep GTM workflows sharp (CRM hygiene, outreach coordination, pipeline tracking)

Qualifications

  • You’re studying business/entrepreneurship (or startup-minded)
  • You’re proactive, structured, and comfortable owning outcomes
  • You write clearly and move fast without dropping details
  • You want “learning by doing” to mean building real things
