About the role

Remote-based B2B client support role supporting healthcare facilities, handling workplace-related issues and improving customer experience for Clipboard’s workplace customers.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Workplace customers via voice and email
  • Deliver fast, accurate, empathetic support across shift, payment, and platform-related issues in real time
  • Navigate tools like Zendesk and the Clipboard portal to investigate cases, update form fields, log internal notes, and maintain documentation
  • Apply sound judgment and troubleshooting, following or adapting workflows and escalating when necessary
  • Develop deep product/process expertise to identify recurring issues or process gaps and improve customer experiences and internal operations
  • Work cross-functionally with Billing, Account Management, and Worker Operations to resolve issues
  • Uphold company values such as unreasonably fast response, ownership, and high standards in every interaction

Qualifications

  • No specific degree required
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Strong communication skills in professional English (spoken and written)
  • Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking
  • High accountability and ability to deliver results
