About the role

Senior Strategic Growth Partner responsible for identifying, sourcing, and nurturing financial advisors and wealth managers with transferrable books of business. Roles include proactive outbound prospecting, lead qualification, CRM management, and collaboration with the Strategic Growth team to build a pipeline aligned with Savvy Wealth’s values and vision.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential financial advisors
  • Research and analyze target companies and industries to understand their needs and challenges
  • Initiate contact with financial advisors through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach
  • Qualify leads by conducting effective discovery conversations to uncover their pain points and requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and account information in our CRM system
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and competitive talent landscapes
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruiting strategies and initiatives

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting and/or sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Highly motivated and resilient by achieving targets consistently
  • Ability to quickly build rapport, primarily via phone-based or video communication
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, GSuite, and more)
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment
