About the role

Senior Social Media Manager to lead a specialized digital engine for a healthcare awareness initiative, translating clinical expertise into public action and driving national conversation around dermatology-focused health solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Narrative Strategy: Lead real-time digital communication by turning complex science into relatable stories. Educate audience on skincare foundations and product benefits (pH-balancing cleanser, ceramide-based moisturizer, antioxidants, etc.).
  • Platform Ecosystem: Build and manage content pipelines for WhatsApp, X, Meta, and YouTube; drive engagement for products from basic skincare to specialized nutraceuticals.
  • Performance & Reach: Use Meta Ads Manager and advanced analytics to scale impact; strategize campaigns highlighting product efficacy and personalized treatment plans.
  • Bilingual Advocacy: Strategize fluently in English and Hindi to educate millions across India.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5-8 years in high-pressure digital environments.
  • Niche Expertise: Direct experience in Public Health, Political Communications, Election Strategy, or Government Relations (highly preferred).
  • Language: Fluency in English and Hindi (scripting and strategy).
