About the role

Sales Engineer based in Dubai to provide technical expertise during the sales process, designing and implementing tailored cybersecurity solutions to meet client needs and drive customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Generate detailed Technical Assessment Reports for clients and prospects, showcasing a deep understanding of cybersecurity intricacies.
  • Conduct compelling Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Technical Demos, effectively communicating the value proposition of Cyble's solutions to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather comprehensive requirements regarding desired features and research capabilities. Work closely with the Research & Development Team to translate these requirements into actionable plans.
  • Provide invaluable support to our sales team across the globe by delivering thorough research and dark web intelligence tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.

Qualifications

  • 5 years in client-facing roles within the Cybersecurity domain, with a background in Security Assurance, GRC, Security Research, or Technical Sales.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, capable of articulating complex cybersecurity concepts with clarity and impact.
  • Technical background with a solid understanding of networking concepts, coupled with a keen awareness of evolving cybersecurity trends.
  • Familiarity with global Information Security and Privacy standards, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Proven experience in technical sales or information security assurance services, demonstrating a track record of successful client engagement.
