About the role

Full-cycle recruiter for administrative and technical roles, on-site in Ajax Systems' manufacturing department.

Responsibilities

  • Full cycle recruitment of technical and administrative roles
  • Sourcing and engaging candidates through various channels
  • Conducting interviews
  • Communicating with department heads at all stages of recruitment
  • Preparing offers and guiding candidates until onboarding
  • Participation in welcome day and onboarding of new employees
  • Providing feedback to candidates
  • Managing internal HR documentation
  • Participating in other HR processes of the team

Qualifications

  • Higher education
  • Experience in recruiting (technical roles preferred)
  • Ability to build quality communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Self-organization, ability to handle multiple vacancies in parallel
  • Proficient PC user (CRM/ATS/HRMS/Google Sheets)
