Reviewing and troubleshooting video content for a leading consumer technology company to ensure quality for global markets.

Responsibilities

  • Review and troubleshoot video content for quality issues.
  • Identify and resolve technical errors such as frame rate problems, subtitles, and audio mistakes.
  • Research and troubleshoot common technical errors in digital videos.
  • Propose solutions to trends and issues in video content.

Qualifications

  • High proficiency in English.
  • 1+ years experience in video editing/troubleshooting or technical video roles.
  • Excellent research, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of macOS systems.
  • Strong interest in TV shows/movies/media.
  • Knowledge of technical issues in digital video and audio.
  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and decisive problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
