About the role

Lead the evolution of internal ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) to drive operational excellence for Clinikally's dermatology-focused platform, overseeing supply chain, order-to-cash, and related integrations while mentoring an in-house development team.

Responsibilities

  • Functional Ownership: Take a comprehensive handover of our current Business Central environment and serve as the primary expert for all functional requirements, including customizations for Rx-grade cosmetic products and the digital marketplace.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with departments to analyze and document requirements across OMS, WMS, P2P, and O2C processes; translate business needs into functional specifications to optimize product delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead an in-house team of developers to enhance the user journey from online dermatologist consultation to personalized treatment plans.
  • Integration Management: Oversee integrations with custom web/app platforms, courier partners, and banks to ensure smooth data flow with third-party systems for the e-commerce experience.
  • Process Improvement: Maintain and evolve Business Central, stay updated on latest Dynamics 365 features to keep operations efficient for premium brands.
  • User Support & Training: Provide guidance and training to internal users for navigating financial and operational modules.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years experience in relevant ERP/Business Central functional roles
  • Strong understanding of OMS, WMS, P2P, and O2C processes
  • Experience leading in-house development teams and managing integrations with third-party systems
  • Excellent requirements gathering, analytical, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Rx-grade cosmetic products and dermatology product supply chain is a plus
