About the role

Accounts Payable Executive to streamline Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, manage financial operations for India’s largest digital health platform, and ensure accurate transactions with brand partners for premium cosmetic and wellness products.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Invoice Lifecycle: Take full ownership of invoice processing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Manage verification of high-volume invoices for skincare and haircare collections, performing 2-way and 3-way match checks.
  • Financial Accuracy & Compliance: Validate essential tax details including GST compliance and TDS deductions. Ensure accurate GL coding and cost center allocation for our product catalog (e.g., hair regrowth serum).
  • Vendor Payment Management: Orchestrate timely payment runs in coordination with the banking team. Maintain trust with partners by sharing accurate payment advice for vendors.
  • Strategic Reconciliations: Perform monthly and quarterly vendor statement reconciliations. Resolve discrepancies involving debit notes and credit notes to maintain a clean ledger.
  • Reporting & Audit Readiness: Assist Finance Controller in month-end closing, including accruals and provisions. Prepare comprehensive AP Ageing reports.
  • Market & Category Awareness: Stay updated on e-commerce trends and payment workflows to manage demand for products like under eye cream and hair growth tablet.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations (as indicated in role)
