About the role

Role focused on owning and expanding Clinikally's ERP ecosystem (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) to support e-commerce, inventory, OMS/WMS, and finance, with in-house codebase ownership, integration, QA, and team training.

Responsibilities

  • Custom Development: Design and implement extensions in Microsoft D365 Business Central using AL and the Power Platform for our e-commerce environment (e.g., Vitamin C serum, broad spectrum sunscreen).
  • Process Optimization: Translate requirements for OMS, WMS, and finance modules into technical specifications; optimize P2P and O2C processes across the supply chain.
  • System Integration: Connect Business Central with custom web and app solutions via APIs and webhooks for online dermatologist consultations and personalized treatment plans.
  • Codebase Ownership: Take over the codebase from outsourced teams, with ongoing optimization and documentation.
  • Quality & Testing: Develop automated test scripts and configure systems to support new extensions; ensure stability for millions of users.
  • Innovation & Training: Stay updated on e-commerce trends; document new functions and train internal teams.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in related roles (as per job description).
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and AL
  • Strong integration experience (APIs, webhooks)
  • Experience in ERP, OMS, WMS, P2P, and O2C processes is a plus
  • Ability to own and document codebase and lead internal training
