About the role

Implementation-focused role managing all phases of the deployment lifecycle for 360Learning platform deployments, including project management, platform architecture, integrations, and post-sale adoption across client portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle, from sales turnover and kick off to handover to support.
  • Drive project management, define 360Learning platform architecture for clients, facilitate integrations (flat files, APIs) and 3rd party apps, guide and provide assistance to ensure successful deployment of their platform.
  • Maintain client portfolio post-implementation to increase product adoption and deliver solutions complementary to the Product like platform audits.
  • Within 1 month: become Trello expert, understand product offering, support basic requests via ticketing.
  • Within 3 months: onboard own clients, drive project management for deployment, host functional/technical workshops for platform customization and structuring.
  • Within 6 months: ensure smooth deployment, implement integrations (SSO, third-party tools), provide technical integration/troubleshooting guidance, pitch platform value, develop scalable delivery processes.
  • Within 12 months: onboard another Deployment Manager, contribute to knowledge base, collaborate with partner ecosystem to strengthen services.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years professional consulting experience (customer-facing roles preferred).
  • Previous deployment experience of SaaS products, ideally HR-related.
  • Project management skills.
  • Understanding and experience with APIs, SSO configuration & troubleshooting.
  • Solution-oriented, client-first mindset; ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Organized, structured, analytical; ability to manage priorities across multiple implementations.
  • Fluent German, very good English (B2).
