About the role

Seeking experienced translators to translate patents from Korean into English, focusing on fields like Electricity, Computer Science, Mechanics, and Medical Devices, with immediate start and remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Translate patent-related content from Korean into English, conveying original meaning in a readable and understandable manner.
  • Follow instructions regarding translation process, CAT tool usage, etc.
  • Communicate effectively and respond promptly in English.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years' experience translating and reviewing patent content.
  • Native fluency in the target language (English)
  • Degree in linguistics, translation, or equivalent experience.
  • Able to translate, copy edit, and MTPE.

Nice to have:MTPE (Machine Translation Post-Editing)
