About the role

Field Flex Agent (1099 Independent Contractor) to perform real estate field tasks on behalf of Mainstay customers. Flexible, per-task compensation for licensed real estate professionals in Riverside and San Bernardino, CA. Remote work with on-site field tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Complete specific field tasks on behalf of Mainstay customers (e.g., property walk-throughs, weekly property checks, home visits, vendor meetings & contract-to-close tasks)
  • Maintain quality standards and complete tasks on time
  • Manage own workflow and stay self-motivated and proactive
  • Document tasks and coordination using required systems (CRM, G-Suite, Slack)
  • Provide professional service to Mainstay customers
  • Utilize cellphone and computer for task completion and communication

Qualifications

  • Active real estate license
  • Experience in real estate transactions (traditional sales, iBuying, or transaction coordination preferred)
  • Ability to complete assigned field tasks on time and with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple listings and diligent documentation
  • Strong technical skills: Salesforce or a similar CRM, G-Suite, Slack, MacOS, and ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
  • Reliable transportation for property-related tasks
  • Access to a smartphone and computer for task completion, documentation, and communication
