About the role

Store Manager responsible for day-to-day operations of a LAP Coffee store in Frankfurt, leading the team, ensuring exceptional customer service, optimizing operations, and driving sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team and organize shifts; ensure exceptional customer service and smooth store operations.
  • Jump behind the counter when needed to support the team during peak times.
  • Drive strong sales and an excellent customer experience while boosting business growth and profitability.
  • Team Leadership & Development: guide baristas to achieve company goals, uphold cultural standards, and develop future General Managers.
  • Operational Excellence & Store Performance: maintain elite operating standards, monitor metrics, plan shifts, align the team, identify improvement areas.
  • Health, Safety & Quality: maintain strict health and safety standards and handle products to preserve freshness/quality.
  • Performance Tracking: track and report daily KPIs, inventory counts, and commissary transfers.
  • Waste Reduction: implement systems to minimize waste by adjusting inventory par levels with business fluctuations.
  • Customer Growth & Community Engagement: collaborate with Brand/Marketing to grow loyalty, build relationships with local businesses and residents.
  • Training Adherence: ensure adherence to product, service, and brand training playbooks for consistency.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail F&B, with a strong track record in team scaling, inventory, and supply chain management.
  • Coffee industry experience is a plus.
