About the role

Ex technical founder role for Cogram, a remote-first AI platform serving architects and engineers. Founding team position requiring hands-on product engineering, end-to-end ownership, and strong customer interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Talk to users and understand requirements. Design, ship, and own features end-to-end.
  • Build production software with a backend and frontend focus.
  • Ship LLM-based production software and contribute to AI-augmented engineering discussions.

Qualifications

  • Founded or co-founded a tech company and built product yourself.
  • 3+ years building production software. Strong in at least one backend technology and one frontend technology.
  • Habitual power user of AI (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or future tools). Clear opinions on AI-augmented engineering.
  • Comfortable in unfamiliar territory: cloud ops, CI pipelines, mobile, complex customer workflows.
  • Ability to explain technical trade-offs to engineers and non-engineers.
  • Know when to cut corners and when to be rigorous.
