About the role

Senior leadership role leading AI-powered motion and video production for Meesho’s Creative Intelligence Unit, focusing on Tier 2–4 markets, end-to-end production, and embedding GenAI across the workflow to scale content and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Setting the Vision: lead motion and video content strategy across marketing channels and in-app experiences (tier 2, 3, 4 markets).
  • End-to-End Production: oversee the entire creation pipeline from storyboarding to editing, animation, sound design, regional adaptations, and final delivery.
  • AI at the Core: use GenAI tools as primary accelerators for ideation, content creation, visual refinement, and scaling production.
  • Cultural Storytelling: develop insight-led, culturally relevant visual narratives for Bharat’s next billion users.
  • Motion-First Design: build a cutting-edge motion design language for assets across Meta, Google, YouTube, Reels, etc.
  • Operational Excellence: create and own execution playbooks and quality standards for speed and consistency.
  • Creative Experimentation: champion testing and data-driven optimization of storytelling and formats.
  • Team Leadership & Growth: recruit, mentor, and lead motion designers and editors to deliver high-velocity content.
  • Cross-Functional Impact: collaborate with marketing, product, and growth; co-own KPIs and unlock impact with scalable formats.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: monitor trends and platform behaviors; integrate learnings into daily workstreams.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading AI-enabled creative production or equivalent leadership in a creative/marketing environment.
  • Strong background in motion design, video production, and storytelling with a track record of scaling content across multiple markets.
