About the role

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, tracking, delivering, and closing client projects in the life sciences localization sector, ensuring client requirements are met through coordination of global teams, managing budgets, and maintaining relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project teams with planning, scoping, requirements gathering and validation with client.
  • Own localization project management activities on designated accounts.
  • Identify relevant clients and internal stakeholders to plan and resource projects appropriately in terms of quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
  • Liaise with internal and external teams to coordinate successful project delivery.
  • Create schedules and monitor the timeliness of delivery.
  • Assist with the management of the budget and control project costs.
  • Establish and nurture relationships surrounding your assigned team.
  • Plan project activities and ensure resolution to any problems that may arise (corrective and preventive actions).
  • Actively seek ways to optimize delivery, quality, and profitability.
  • Report to internal and external stakeholders regarding project scope, financials, progress, and status, both formally and informally.
  • Ensure finance systems are kept up to date and accurate.
  • Process documentation and knowledge management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a college or university in a related field.
  • Previous experience in the localization industry is preferred.
