About the role

Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud-based infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring reliability and performance of cloud environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP.
  • Collaborate with development teams for cloud solutions aligned with best practices.
  • Support and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines to automate software integration, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure system reliability and performance, manage incident response.
  • Collaborate with Security team to develop and enforce cloud security strategies.
  • Integrate DevOps practices across teams to improve software delivery.
  • Evaluate tools and technologies to enhance automation, observability, and DevOps capabilities.
  • Promote best practices for version control, configuration management, and infrastructure as code.
  • Monitor system metrics and logs to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Manage deployment and rollback strategies to minimize disruption.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for DevOps processes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and adopt modern practices.
  • Develop solutions to complex problems and work independently.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps/Infrastructure roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Github Actions, Jenkins, TeamCity.
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
  • Experience with configuration management and version control systems such as Git.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation languages like Python, Bash, PowerShell.
  • Strong understanding of containerization technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of application architecture including microservices and serverless.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Proficiency in observability practices for system reliability.
